In January 2025 I graduated with a Masters degree in Children's Book illustration from Cambridge School of Art. During my MA I worked on a range of projects including paint, print and mixed-media. I particularly love portraying true-life stories set in history and urban/city life.

I trained as both an archaeologist and teacher before embarking on a career in the creative world, which has spanned 25 years. I have worked as an Exhibition Designer and Developer in national museums and galleries and as a professional artist and art educator. In 2016 I created The Cambridge Art Book, which shows my adoptive city through the eyes of over 50 artists. Following the book's success, I created a further 7 city art books with my distinctive cover design. The books published by Bloomsbury, have received endorsements from over 40 celebrities including Sir Paul McCartney.

A qualified Teacher I enjoy carrying out workshops in schools and am always happy to be approached about new illustration projects and ideas.

Art clients include: The Scott Polar Museum, Friends of The Earth, The RSPB, The University of Cambridge, Lucy Cavendish College, a range of Cambridge schools and private clients from as far aways as New Zealand.
